Prepares grant applications, manuscripts, Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications, research papers, and assists with complex research papers. Audits research studies, monitors study budgets, resolves complex data collection issues, and implements protocol-specific study recruitment plans. Trains staff and oversees student workers; leads team meetings. Monitors study budgets and orders supplies.
--Assist with recruitment, including: developing/updating fliers, post jobs, regularly update ebrain website, FB, LinkedIn.
--Answer queries.
--Schedule applicants' visits and interviews.
--keep documentation pertaining applications.
--Schedule evaluations and keep related documentation.
--Organize retreat event 1/year (coordinate meals, book rooms, keep track of attendants, email invitations).
--Send weekly info about ebrain JC, and other events as needed.
-Assistance with progress report; NHLBI etc.
