As a successful candidate, you will:

This position provides support in a MAC and Windows based environment including troubleshooting and resolving problems and providing first-line customer service. This position is responsible for the installation of new systems, and replacement of existing machines with the latest hardware and software platforms for Windows and MAC. This position also provides excellent customer service and support at each customer engagement.

  • Primary support for Windows and MAC computers, perform Windows and MAC OS updates, WOWs and printer support. BCA Audit support, daily clinical rounding support.
  • Provide support for the telecommunication or audiovisual issues in various settings (Clinical, Research, General Business, Meetings)
  • Assist in the implementation of telecommunication and audiovisual systems.
  • Provide operational support for post project system deployments.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your qualifications should include:

  • High School or equivalent
  • Three (3) years desktop computer and PC hardware/software support including peripherals in a high volume setting. Ideally this includes experience with mobile devices and PDAs. General troubleshooting and experience with Local Area Networks required for all. Strong customer service is a must.
  • Current California Drivers License and a good driving record for insurance purposes (where applicable).
