Growing manufacturing company in Menomonee Falls is looking to add a Customer Service / Accounting Assistant to their team. Past customer service experience in manufacturing or a technical industry is ideal. This is a direct hire opportunity!
Responsibilities of the Customer Service / Accounting Assistant:
Learn the company products and their production timelines
Enter sales orders, change orders, and blanket orders
Assist customers being proactive to their needs and provide fast, courteous responses
Resolve customer issues and build professional relationships
Provide office admin support including filing and supporting the shipping department with documentation
Maintain company records such as meeting notes or audit logs
Process A/R invoices daily, make daily labor corrections, manage freight billing, analyze credit card bills and vouchers
Requirements
Requirements of the Customer Service / Accounting Assistant:
Proficient with Word and Excel / Access is a plus
Strong communication skills
Able to prioritize in a fast paced environment
3-5 years of customer service experience
1-2 years of experience with shipping paperwork
1-2 years of accounting experience or Associate Degree is a plus
