As the Senior Corporate Accountant, you will work M,T,W onsite and Th,Fri remotely. You will report to the Financial Reporting Manager. You will improve all aspects of operational accounting, including monthly close, budgeting and strategic planning, and financial analysis.

You Will:
  • Preparation of the 10-Q and 10-K documents, earnings releases and disclosures for the quarterly and annual financial filings with the SEC.
  • Financial statement close and analysis for Corporate headquarters entity, tracking financial performance against budget and forecast.
  • Assist in technical accounting projects including the treatment of accounting issues, implementation of new accounting standards and compliance.
  • Accurately prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations for the corporate general ledger.
  • Calculate the stock-based compensation expense globally, for multiple types of awards, and maintaining intercompany allocations. Will use Equity Edge (E*TRADE) to run multiple types of reports and calculations.
  • Maintain and invoice multiple Corporate allocations to intercompany counterparties
  • Help manage the audit process conducted by external and internal auditors.
You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years accounting experience with experience in large, multi-national, public corporations
  • CPA designation preferred
  • Previous General Ledger experience
  • Proficiency with excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets and perform complex functions).
  • Industry experience with SEC reporting experience
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), and major ERP systems
  • High level of analytic and quantitative skills

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
