Summary of Job Duties:*Track expenses of grants and ensure the funds are used in accordance with the grant agreement
*Monitor grant financial progress, identifying and resolving expense issues
*Perform the general financial accounting and reporting functions for all grant accounts
*Compile regular finance reports and draft correspondence related to grants for grants leadership
*Establish and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships with faculty and staff related to grants
*Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations and policies governing grants management and procurement for products and services
*Self-assess skill gaps and seek professional development opportunities related to grants accounting
*Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or a field related to education
  • Related accounting experience may be substituted for degree requirements.
