We are currently seeking a ITIL Enterprise Process Consultant - REMOTE in US to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

This ITIL Enterprise Business Process Consultant (BPC) works closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize business processes using the ServiceNow platform. Leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow solutions and your deep understanding of various industries, you will contribute to transforming our clients' operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving innovation. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, process design acumen, and excellent communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technology and business needs.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective and efficient ServiceNow-based solutions
  • Design end-to-end business processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation within client organizations
  • Provide guidance to technical teams during development and integration phases to ensure successful implementation
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow-related matters
  • Develop change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions to new processes and technologies
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to clients' end-users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of the implemented solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years as a Business Process Consultant, Process Analyst, and/or similar role, with a focus on implementing solutions using the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITBM, CSM, HR Service Delivery, etc.
  • Must have experience of business process management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Project management experience, including familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Must have client-facing experience
  • Must be willing to travel as required for client engagements

Highly Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in ServiceNow Administration, Implementation, or related domains is highly desirable
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
