HealthEquity is seeking a senior business Analyst to join our digital transformation team. This role is responsible for driving technology-driven solutions across HealthEquity and enhancing the overall digital journey by partnering with businesses to save money, drive business growth, and enhance customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

Define strategy and goals with business stakeholders resulting in roadmap
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand issues and challenges, and support the design, development, implementation, and adoption of these solutions.
• Provide input into the design, configuration, implementation, and customization of system solutions either directly or by coordinating business, technology, and administrative resources as needed
• Interpret information to then be translated into detailed business requirements or leveraged for process improvements
• Create member, client, and broker experiences in a journey format, highlighting the opportunities and gaps
• Perform impact assessments and help champion organizational change management as needed
• Review organizational performance documents to observe trends that might provide opportunities to add to the backlog
• Present future state and recommended path with expected benefits to executive-level stakeholders for approval and/or funding
• Design and/or build data visualizations to support the business valuation and post go-live performance of transformation
• Define budget and resources needs
• Act as a SME through development, test, and go-live activities
• Assist with development and execution of test plans, when needed
• Run a bi-weekly Scrum meeting with project team, when needed
  

What you will need to be successful

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience in the telecom industry, preferably with a focus on digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience implementing voice automation solutions or conversational AI platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and process mapping
• Understanding of telecom technologies, services, and trends, including but not limited to mobile, broadband, and cloud communications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Experience creating and/or executing user acceptance test plans
• Able to juggle multiple opportunities at once
• Able to evangelize the digital transformation roadmap
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to the changing demands of business is a must.

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
