Job Description

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Administrative Assistant III
  • Location: Primarily at Evanston Hospital, light travel to other hospitals for meetings/events
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
  • Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm hours may flex based on department needs
  • Required Travel: Light travel to Highland Park, Glenbrook, Skokie, Swedish and/or NCH for meetings/events

  • Education:High School diploma required, Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Certification:N/A
  • Experience: 3-5 years of Experience
  • Skills: Typing, Virtual Meeting Media Platforms, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Assist with reconciling Self-pay and Cosmetic Payments

Provider Onboarding

  • SRNAs, CRNAs, Residents and Physicians

Trainee Program Coordination

  • Airway Rotations (EM, Neurocritical Care)
  • Anesthesia Rotations (Dental, IM, Podiatry)
  • Fellowship Rotations

Submit Provider Reimbursements and Departmental Invoices

Organize Weekly Educational Lectures

Basic Administrative Duties (answer phone, schedule department meetings)

Provide Administrative Support Department Leaders (Vice Chair)

Maintain On-call Schedules (SmartWeb and EasyCall)

Other duties as assigned
