Responsibilities

As the Project Coordinator Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects within our organization. Your leadership and expertise will guide a team of project coordinators, enabling them to support our Project Managers effectively. In this role, your duties and responsibilities will include:

    Guide, instruct, and lead a team of project coordinators, ensuring they perform similar functions and duties to project managers.
  • Establish and enhance team technical competence, quality, and efficiency.
  • Supervise, manage, and motivate team members daily, fostering a goal-oriented work environment.
  • Cultivate an inspiring and trusting team culture through open communication and supportive leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to develop comprehensive action plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budget tracking for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Provide administrative support, including formatting and reproducing various project-related documents (correspondence, meeting agendas/minutes, contract documents, specifications, reports, etc.).
  • Maintain project documentation and assist with funding requests and permitting processes.
  • Review and validate sub-consultant invoicing and manage contracts.
  • Act as a liaison between the project team and clients throughout the project life cycle.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in architectural, engineering or geospatial professional services.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or related roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Leadership experience and a passion for developing team members.
