JOB DESCRIPTION:
Check Flux concentrate/mix flux, keep flux booth clean and sprayers unclogged, load furnace, monitor gauges/temperature, and tube to header/all rebraze. Will also complete PM's on flux booth.
Operator will also apply braze paste, inspect units, will work from written and/or verbal instructions. Operator will also be operating the Cross Transfer.
Operator is responsible for inspection status, housekeeping, safety, nonconforming product, and scrap. Accountable for own work and will use methods of measurement to meet process capabilities. Responsible for measuring and recording quality checks per Production Control Plan utilizing quality forms.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be qualified to perform the duties of the occupation in accordance
with quality and quantity standards and to perform the physical, mental,
and visual requirements of the job in a safe and efficient manner.
High School Diploma or GED required.
