Salesforce Inc. seeks MTS Software Engineer in San Francisco, CA:

Responsible for debugging complex code, reviewing technical design, implementation of monitoring systems, building automation and deploying to production. Manage tasks and projects in a fast-paced support environment, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution. Perform tasks related to the day-to-day operations of several large implementations of Salesforce including managing user access, sharing model, creation and maintenance of custom objects and fields, workflows, validation rules, and troubleshooting of Apex and integrations. Collaborate with the development scrum teams and other interconnected IT groups to optimize the end-to-end process including monitoring, deployment, and support. Implement monitoring services to proactively identify issues. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or any occupation in a related field; OR Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or any occupation in a related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Node.js; (2) Vue.js; (3) MongoDB; (4) PostgreSQL; (5) Express.js; (6) Software Engineering (7) Pattern Analysis; and (8) Data Mining.

Special skills may be gained through academic coursework or employment experience. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $215,197 to $216,197.
