What you'll do:

  • Perform annual preventive maintenance on Injection / Compression Tooling.
  • Disassemble, clean, replace wear items and reassemble molds in a timely matter.
  • Lubricate, per set schedule, all areas on mold as required.
  • Maintain documentation and records required in preventive maintenance program and work instructions.
  • Changeover of Injection / Compression Molds as required by scheduling.
  • Document performed functions in maintenance tracking system.
  • Follow all plant food safety procedures

What you'll need to have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of one year of related experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in tooling
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
  • Skilled in the use of hand & power tools, welding equipment, various measuring devices, machine shop tools etc.
