Position Summary:

The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales in the Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) segment. Primary duties include revenue goal achievement, implementing a sales plan to drive profitable growth, and executing to the plan. The successful candidate will be energetic, persuasive, well organized, data driven and able to demonstrate the ability to sell strategically externally to C-Suite executives along with internally to Industrial Power Solutions (IPS) National Account Managers, Vertical Account Managers and Strategic Account Managers for defined distributor accounts. Define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development, marketing, technical, and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.In this role, the Corporate Account Manager will:

Major Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for meeting/exceeding sales targets while providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Develops and implements strategic sales plan and institutes effective standard work for sales processes based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage IPS National Account Manager, Vertical Account Managers and Strategic Account Managers relationships in order to develop end user programs whereby growing PES share of wallet and gain new end user accounts.
  • Led and track end user programs at each of the National Distributor to ensure local rep agency engagement.
  • Lead and direct internal marketing & digital teams to ensure PES products are properly represented and marketed.
  • Leads quarterly business and monthly performance reviews.
  • Negotiates customer contracts and programs as required.
  • Establishes strong relationships throughout customers organization.
  • Drives commercial and product strategies to outpace market growth of defined segments.
  • Cultivates business and market development growth opportunities by promoting value propositions to meet customer needs.
  • Contributes to a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
  • Represents company at trade shows, association meetings and other industry events.
  • Demonstrates technical product training and effectively communicates features, benefits and advantages over the competition.
  • Build sales funnel and lead data in CRM, deliver funnel audits providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation, Win/Loss, Age.
  • Manage and implement sales forecasting establishing high levels of accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization
  • Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and cause studies.
  • Support policy deployment and 80/20 initiatives.
Required Education / Experience / Skills:

The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with in-depth industry experience and a true passion to win. Candidate must be well organized, a record of contributing to high performance teams and developing outstanding relationships with internal and external customers. A positive attitude and strong work ethic with proactive communication skills that encourage courageous conversations are a must.
  • Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in sales roles in industrial companies selling to Distributors using both direct sales teams and manufacturing reps.
  • Experience in sales, product, engineering or marketing management
  • Strong customer orientation with ability to build executive level relationships.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross functional & dotted line team members
  • Successful experience building a go-to-market strategy and sales plan.
  • Proven track record of profitable growth.
  • Basic knowledge to work with Power BI, Microsoft Teams, Excel, forecasting and reporting software.
  • Experience working with 80/20, Policy Deployment methodologies, and CRM is preferred.
Travel: Up to 50% required.Language: Fluent English required, Spanish a plus
