The Center for Student Involvement in the Division of Student Affairs is reimagining how best to serve Mizzou's diverse student population. We are committed to designing exceptional co-curricular experiences to help all Mizzou students succeed on campus and after graduation.
As part of this process, we are seeking a collaborative professional in the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL). The assistant director serves as an integral part of the FSL leadership team. This full-time position will report directly to the Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life within the Division of Student Affairs.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to take on supplementary duties aligned with our departmental and Student Affairs mission, contributing to the overall enhancement of student life at Mizzou.

Monday - Friday; 8 a.m. 5 p.m.
This position may require evening and weekend hours supporting activities and programs within the department. Occasionally division and campus projects may require additional hours outside of your normal schedule.
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Experience utilizing ICS or Campus Director in facilitating recruitment processes for sorority or fraternity recruitment; Certification in Alcohol, Skills, Training, Program (ASTP) facilitation; At least one year experience supervising student, graduate assistant, or full-time staff.
$51,875 - $80,000; paid on a monthly basis
