The Business Intelligence & Reporting Lead will spearhead our efforts to harness comprehensive data, offering actionable insights and recommendations to support business objectives. This involves leveraging various tools & data sources to build a unified performance tracking, reporting & measurement dashboards/reports that enhances our ability to measure and assess performance, generate insights, and make decisions faster.
A strong emphasis on having one source of truth aligned across the E2E SC, available at the right time highlighting key areas of opportunities and challenges and driving insights for improvements.
Collaboration across all SC & Operations, procurement, finance, R&D and other business functions is vital for the success of this role, ensuring a cohesive approach towards reporting and analytics within the organization is critical.

Job Description:
As the BI & Reporting lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of our SC business intelligence and reporting solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver insights that drive informed decision-making across the SC organization.
Responsibilities:
*Lead the development and implementation of BI and reporting strategies, tools, and processes
*Manage both internal & external service providers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
*Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and data requirements
*Collaborate with Data and IT teams to design and maintain data models and ETL processes
*Develop and optimize reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
*Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security
*Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BI and reporting
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred
*5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles
*Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
*Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
*Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
