Your Role You will process payroll and administer benefits programs for employees. This will include handling a variety of day-to-day tasks, including helping onboard new employees, coordinating open enrollment and ensuring regulatory compliance for payroll. The Requirements To be a good fit for the Payroll & Benefits Specialist opportunity, you will have:

A high school diploma or GED; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
3+ years of experience in administering payroll and/or benefits.
An understanding of state regulations regarding payroll and benefits.
A demonstrated ability to translate technical information into language that is accessible to employees.
Computer savvy and familiarity with payroll/benefits platforms and Microsoft Office.
