Your Role You will process payroll and administer benefits programs for employees. This will include handling a variety of day-to-day tasks, including helping onboard new employees, coordinating open enrollment and ensuring regulatory compliance for payroll. The Requirements To be a good fit for the Payroll & Benefits Specialist opportunity, you will have:
  • A high school diploma or GED; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in administering payroll and/or benefits.
  • 1+ years of ADP experience managing payroll and benefits.
  • An understanding of state regulations regarding payroll and benefits.
  • A demonstrated ability to translate technical information into language that is accessible to employees.
  • Computer savvy and familiarity with payroll/benefits platforms and Microsoft Office.
