The opportunity:

Proven record as a strong manager that oversees multiple teams of and mid-level and senior product/service managers. Effectively coaches, mentors, grows, and empowers entry and mid-level product/service managers and product manager chapter to deliver industry leading technology solutions that are high-quality, innovative, efficient, secure, creative, scalable, adaptable, dynamic, fully performing and comply with all standards and best practices in support of business and Client outcomes and objectives across U.S. IT and U.S. business groups. Has strategic focus while contributing to the development of valued solutions based off business outcomes and objectives across U.S. IT U.S. business groups. Participates as member of the management team that contributes to the development of strategies, goals, and measures for U.S. IT. Contributes and influences the development of a strategy to identify, evaluate, and capitalize on opportunities to improve delivery results, advance product/service management abilities, provide competitive advantage, drive efficiency, improve quality and performance. Retains and attracts top diverse talent and drives a continuous improvement mindset while continuously raising the bar. Manages departmental structure, employee development, training, and planning.

How you will contribute:

  • Effectively coaches, mentors, grows, and empowers entry and mid-level product/service managers and product manager chapter to deliver industry leading technology solutions that are high-quality, innovative, efficient, secure, creative, scalable, adaptable, dynamic, fully performing and comply with all standards and best practices in support of business and Client outcomes and objectives across U.S. IT and U.S. business groups

  • Manages the development of products/platforms/services strategy in conjunction with business leaders typically leading to evolution of capabilities and/or new/innovative products

  • Be a strategic thought leader driving the organization to new heights in the latest product management practices

  • Participate as a member of the management team that contributes to the development of best practices for evolving a highly effective product/service management organization

  • Contribute and influence the development of a strategy to identify, evaluate, and capitalize on opportunities to improve delivery results, advance product/service owner abilities, provide competitive advantage, drive efficiency, improve quality and performance

  • Define the product/platform/service roadmap in terms of features and capabilities

  • Author and refine feature briefs, lean business cases, and epic value statements as appropriate for the product/platform/service

  • Prioritize features/capabilities and work cross functionally with product managers/owners to ensure appropriate prioritization and development

  • Define success metrics and how to measure them to ensure desired outcomes

  • Drive the stakeholder process to ensure consistent understanding of features/capabilities, prioritization, trade-offs, etc.

  • Work collaboratively with user experience, product marketing, business partners and others to ensure successful release and adoption of features/capabilities

  • Balances scope, complexity, risk, and costs

  • Leads/conduct brainstorming sessions (design thinking/etc.)

  • Capable of challenging business needs and to drive the right outcomes and priorities for the organization

  • Structure and perform appropriate market research directly or working with partners. For example, industry research, user interviews, surveys, data analysis, SWOT analysis, competitor analysis, etc.

  • Retain and attract top diverse talent and drives a continuous improvement mindset while continuously raising the bar. Manages departmental structure, employee development, training, and planning

  • Work cross functionally with business leaders, understand key objectives, and establish product/platform/market/service strategy to achieve results

  • Consults and designs new approaches to large and complex business problems leveraging business process/automation

  • Challenges Return on Investment from technology spend. Owns roadmap for one or more product lines

What you will bring with you:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • At least 8 years work experience in Product Management

  • Experience working in an AWS environment.

  • Strong knowledge in product development and management philosophy so you successfully can drive Strategy and Product Management to maximize growth and profitability.

  • Strong communication skills and can drive and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to gain insights, understand different market requirements, future requirements, competitor activity to drive the regional business

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills that can be applied to a variety of audiences; ability to create compelling presentations and translate complex information and concepts.

Preferred skills:

  • Ability to mentor and coach team members supporting the development of the key skills outlined above

  • Healthcare, Banking or Insurance Experience

  • Ability to build strong relationships and serve as a leader across the organization

  • Ability to recognize and attract key talent. Able to seek out those with highly developed product or service management skills * Ability to set personalized goals and objectives (development plans) to develop the skills and competencies of team members

  • Ability to think holistically about the business and market trends to identify opportunities

  • Domain expertise in the product/platform/service or ability to rapidly learn the domain expertise

  • Ability to lead cross functionally by promoting vision and purpose. Ability to get cross functional teams aligned around a cause

  • Solid persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to align people around a common purpose and goal

  • Advanced communication skills, ability to produce material that is complete, concise, and easy to understand

  • Advanced problem solving and systems thinking skills, ability to break medium-to-heigh complexity problems into logic parts

  • Ability to manage through unknowns and deal with high levels of ambiguity * Advanced data analytics and data-based decision-making skills

  • Research skills and market analysis skills. Ability to evaluate options and identify trends

  • Ability to conduct user interviews, create interview scripts, and consolidate findings

If you are a California resident, the salary range for this position is:

  • Southern region: $154,100 - $231,200 annually

  • Central region: $162,500 - $243,800 annually

  • Northern region: $162,500 - $243,800 annually

If you are a Colorado resident, the salary range for this position is $147,100 - $220,700 annually.

If you are a New York resident, the salary range for this position is $162,500 - $243,800 annually.

If you are Washington resident, the salary range for this position is $162,500 - $243,800annually.

We consider various factors in determining actual pay including your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to salary, this position is eligible for incentive awards based on individual and business performance as well as a broad range of competitive benefits.
