We are seeking a Quest Designer for the development of a new unannounced title! If you love collaborating with talented developers to create genre-defining games, join us as we embark on a new journey.

The ideal candidate not only has deep knowledge of creating engaging quests for character-centric action games and can implement them.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement quest objectives, narrative moments, and dialog, taking direction from the Game Director and Design Leads
  • Utilize visual scripting, as well as in-house tools, to build content that ranges from straightforward text entry to highly complex scripted scenarios
  • Collaborate effectively with other disciplines (Level Design, Writing, Animation, etc.) to achieve desired outcomes
  • Participate constructively in production and design meetings and discussions
  • Iterate on content, striving for the highest possible polish bar and quality
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with game editors and visual scripting
  • Ability to think logically with a high level of attention to detail
  • Passion for story-telling, world-building, and the desire to make other people's work shine
  • Knowledge of competitive products as well as a personal understanding of God of War games
  • Team oriented mentality, no task is too small or too complicated if it makes the game better
  • 3+ year's professional experience building content

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below, this is an hourly rate.
$41.83$62.70 USD
