Job Description
Position Title: 3rd Shift CNC Saw Operator
Wage: $22-$25/hour
Shift: 3rd
Hours: 10pm-6am

CNC Saw Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner
- Set up and operate power saws to cut, miter, and trim material according to specifications
- Select and install blade on the machine, using hand tools
- Set controls to adjust speed, feed rate, and blade tensions
- Position guides, stops, holding blocks, or other fixtures to secure and direct material
- Mount material in holding device, manually or using a hoist
- Verify dimensions of finished material using measuring devices
CNC Saw Operator Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of working as a CNC saw operator
- Good math and blueprint reading skills
- Knowledge of converting between metric and standard units of measure preferred
- Ability to follow shop routings
- Mathematical skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations; ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- Ability to move or transfer products with an overhead crane, forklift or stand-up
- Lift up to 50lbs
- Regularly stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
