This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position that is scheduled to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Applicants hired into this position can work from most states. This will be discussed during the interview process..

We are seeking a Results Management Consultant to:

  • Critically evaluate current processes/workflows for improvement opportunities, and lead others in that improvement work through project management, effective communication, coalition building, and leveraging a high degree of analytical skills (Microsoft Excel, SQL, etc.)
  • Drive engagement with benchmarking, OKRs/KPIs, and ROI analyses.
  • Leverage past experiences and education to actively seek opportunities for margin improvement work and employ a wide range of soft skills to engage others.
  • Approach new experiences and viewpoints with curiosity, empathy, willingness to learn, and a desire for collaboration.
  • Gather large and complex analyses/business proposals and distill into easily digestible presentations, across various mediums (PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.), to engage senior/c-suite leadership.

Education:

Minimum - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Management, a clinical discipline, or other related field.

Preferred - Master's degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Management, a clinical discipline, or other related field.

Work Experience:

Minimum - Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in a Healthcare, Finance, Analytics or related position.

Preferred - Experience with an Academic Medical Center or Health System. Additionally, strong focus on project management and process improvement.

Licenses and Certifications:

Preferred - CPA, CFA, Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management professional (PMP) certification preferred.
