The HR Director will work the assigned organization and its business leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, leadership excellence, and the development of a diverse, engaged, and high performing team. This role will provide insightful HR advice, problem-solving, hands-on guidance and direct support to the client group, with a particular emphasis in managing people related projects, organizational design and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of the People / HR strategy for the assigned organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Work in close partnership with the assigned organization's leaders to understand the business and its future dynamics in order to anticipate the respective People / HR needs.

  • Direct projects related to organizational structuring, performance management, talent development, employee engagement and retention, and talent development for the assigned organization. Ensure business-HR alignment and follow through until full completion.

  • Lead the implementation of People / HR initiatives that support the organization's goals and objectives.

  • Strategically partner with the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on talent-related offerings and initiatives; including but not limited to compensation, benefits, talent acquisition and management.

  • Ensure alignment in the execution of People / HR initiatives and activities across the different geographies and organizations. Partner with peer HR roles to ensure harmonized execution of key initiatives.

  • Orchestrate all relevant People / HR offerings to fulfill the assigned organization's needs and support them in performing towards the achievement of goals and objectives. This includes ensuring all instances of the employee life cycle are delivered to the business.

  • Ensure compliance with global, country / federal and state employment laws and regulations across all areas of operation.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience HR Business Partner experience, in corporate, multi-country, past-paced environments.

  • Proven success in delivering high-impact People / HR initiatives that involve change management and/or alignment of multi-disciplinary stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

  • Proven success in managing wide-scope HR projects, targeted to have an impact over the full or broad spectrum of the customer population.
