The Hilton Milwaukee City Center is seeking a charismatic individual to greet and assist our guests in welcoming them to the largest hotel in Milwaukee! The Door person assists our guests with enthusiasm and is quick in obtaining any information they might need. This role is key in directing our guests to where they need to be and assisting with their luggage and other belongings during their stay.

What will you be doing?

• Greet guests and answer inquiries about directions and rooms.
• Help guests in and out of their vehicles and transport their luggage.
• Tag luggage for large groups.
• Remain posted at the front entrance.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• All other duties as assigned

What do you bring to the role?

• Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time in extreme temperature ranges.
• Must be able to grasp, lift, and carry packages, boxes, and luggage weighing up to 75 lbs.
