Job Description

As the Director of Digital Operations, you are the crucial torchbearer guiding our Digital Solution's day-to-day rhythm. With a blend of sharp leadership and keen problem-solving skills, you will navigate the company maze with unwavering precision. You manage our daily operations by actively engaging with both our Digital Solution teams and internal enterprise partners to drive our strategies and initiatives forward.

You will oversee and coordinate different related initiatives within our Digital Solution organization to ensure alignment, they benefit one another and meet business goals. Duties include organizing various programs and activities to improve efficiency, building towards long-term goals, monitoring how Digital Solutions carries out daily operations and developing programs and initiatives.

You are a leader that combines comprehensive vision with a detail-oriented approach and is highly skilled at understanding our Digital business strategy, identifying challenges across the digital landscape, and creating actionable plans. You have ability to turn assessment findings into insights that inform strategy and digital operations transformation.

You will drive our standards & compliance framework (e.g SOC2). This strategic aspect requires a pragmatic, vigilant and insightful professional who will work with Digital Solutions teams to design and implement best-in-breed security, data protection and privacy practices in our Rite-Hite ONE platform and product offerings.

Communications skills are one of the keys to success in this role. You will work daily with key stakeholders including product management, business development, engineering, and enterprise counterparts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive Operational Excellence - Develop, monitor, and execute new growth directives. Provide hands-on support to transform strategic business initiatives into reality. Work with teams to set key performance indicators to measure and improve performance.

Guide Programs & Initiatives - Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected initiatives. Regularly meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals. Lead meetings and workshops with meticulous planning and coordination. Decide on suitable strategies and objectives.

Grow Processes - Identify areas of process improvement across the Digital Solutions organization and making actionable recommendations. Run quarterly planning efforts, and process & security collaboration with relevant teams to align and update releases, processes, security advancements and compliance efforts.

Oversee Compliance - Cross-functional partner to manage compliance with security and privacy standards (SOC2 and ISO 27001). Work with internal stakeholders to collect and maintain evidence for external auditors performing compliance standards, security, and privacy audits. Create self-service resources and FAQs for sales team regarding compliance efforts with answers to commonly asked questions.

Qualifications / Requirements & Skills:

  • 10+ years of digital or software related operations, program, project, or product management experience

  • First-class people skills - Outstanding negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Teamwork and motivational skills - Excellent leadership, management, and organizational skills. Adept at strategy development, detailed execution, and guiding teams towards success.

  • Problem-solving & conflict resolution skills - Skilled in pragmatic analysis and initiative management. Adept at identifying solutions that assist in bolstering team resiliency and adaptability.

  • Program management techniques and methods experience - Organizational, multitasking, exemplary time management skills. Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively.

  • Process and Compliance standards experience - Ability to develop, implement, and lead a compliance program or similar audit or standards-based activity in a complex business environment. Familiarity with software compliance standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2. Experience managing GDPR, CCPA or similar privacy compliance efforts.
