This individual will help us deliver compelling and differentiated messages, position us effectively vs. the competition, and help us exceed our business goals.We are looking for a creative, motivated product marketer to drive and deliver innovative product marketing to support multiple product portfolios. In this role, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to create messaging, positioning, content, events, and enablement.Role Description:
  • We are looking for someone to help grow and scale Marketing Cloud Engagement product, ensuring the product is uniquely positioned across go-to-market activities, events, websites, and collateral to drive pipeline, find new buyers, and cross-sell into existing accounts. This role will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our Marketing Cloud and Intelligence product offerings, creating stories that convey our vision and strategy, understanding market needs and trends, enabling go-to-market teams, and collaborating with product and sales teams to deliver innovative marketing programs to grow bookings and customer adoption.
Responsibilities & Impact
  • Lead and create the core value proposition, positioning strategy, and selling points for our Marketing Cloud Intelligence products and target personas
  • Align with the Marketing Cloud Product teams to drive strategy and create/deliver product release materials and content delivery
  • Translate our marketing & industry-focused initiatives into actionable GTM programs, differentiated messaging, pricing & packaging, and sales plays to help fuel the sales pipeline, close deals, and deliver growth.
  • Work closely with the industry experts and Analyst and Press Relations teams to ensure effective thought leadership and ongoing relevance in the market to drive demand generation and pipeline
  • Be the expert for executive briefings for customers, analysts, and partners
  • Lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to bring our Marketing Cloud Intelligence products to market with an innovative and effective launch plan to drive pipeline, find new buyers, and cross-sell into existing accounts
  • Work closely with cross-functional marketing, product, and sales teams to drive the business & product marketing strategy for Marketing Cloud Intelligence, and then track, measure, and report against objectives
Required Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, industry marketing, or corporate marketing
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to strategize, craft compelling messaging, and drive hands-on tactical execution
  • Pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity
  • Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence
  • A sense of humor, tenacity, and grace under pressure
  • Dynamic, confident personality with the ability to successfully define and drive project execution with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment amidst multiple priorities and goals
  • Ability to come into a hub location 3 x's a week
Preferred Skills:
  • Expertise in Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms
  • Marketing and Advertising industry knowledge a plus
  • Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external stakeholders
