Job Description:

The Concrete Coating Installer is responsible for ensuring proper prep and installation of Colorful Concrete Solutions (CCS) concrete floor coatings. This position is also tasked with the care and appropriate use and storage of all materials, supplies, and equipment. Equally important, the Concrete Coating Installer will show great respect for the client and their home or business, adding value to the overall client experience while seeking opportunities to expand the customer base.

COATING TYPES:

Residential and Commercial

Polyaspartic, Polyurea, Epoxy, and Sealants

Vinyl Chip, Stain/Dye, Quartz, Metallic, Grind & Seal

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet and exceed concrete coating installation specifications (polyaspartic vinyl chip coatings, etc)

Follow all best practices when dealing with equipment, supplies, and materials

Use hand tools, grinders, and other industry equipment to complete projects

Properly mix and distribute (low VOC) chemical compounds without adverse reaction

Maintain safe and clean work environment with special care to trucks, equipment, and client property

Use physical strength and agility to complete step-by-step production process

Work up to 10 hour shifts with overtime pay and weekend availability
