PRODUCT MANAGER

Hybrid Role (3 days onsite in Downtown Milwaukee-2 days remote)

We are a team of product managers working on modernization of our contract and licensing systems (including workflow) and processes while redefining the way technology streamlines CLR processes through automation of workflow and integration of services with 3rd party vendors such as FINRA.

  • You will define a product vision and roadmap that drives efficiency and transparency in multiple complex Contract Licensing and Registration (CLR) processes through implementation of workflow automation.
  • Empower our home office Contract License and Registration team to increase efficiency and effectiveness of CLR processes enabling the long-term increase of CLR throughput.
  • Work with a talented team to define product vision, strategy and deliver experiences that drive business outcomes.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Shared accountability for the vision & execution of Contract Licensing and Registration process and product modernization tied to business outcomes.
  • Cultivate an understanding of the Contract Licensing and Registration domain processes and products.
  • Develop Roadmaps; share accountability in cross functional strategic roadmaps in addition to the products in their domain.
  • Define and track KPIs for measure of success.
  • Gather complex product requirements with a general understanding/knowledge of products in remit.
  • Review and validate requirements gathered from business partners.
  • Responsible to redefine complex business processes, the products supporting new process and product features from start to finish.
  • Proactive communication and marketing of domain products with stakeholders to ensure product strategy and vision is clear and accepted by the organization.
  • Develop and maintain prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation according to business value or ROI.
  • Inform product decisions with both qualitative and quantitative data on behavior and experimentation.
  • Facilitate Ceremonies: Facilitate the daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings and Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
  • Resolution: Identify and resolve issues that may impair the ability to meet strategic, financial, and/or technical goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Product Management Role, with agile team experience.
  • Multiple years working in complex, cross-functional companies managing multiple products and collaborating with additional PMs.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, familiar with workflow automation tools
  • Experience with technical business analyst role, product owner or Scrum Master role
  • Experience in leading/mentoring teams
  • Must have excellent communication, time management, and project management experience, strong business acumen and high self-awareness/EQ.
