In this role, you will be responsible for Motion Drive Products division in New Berlin, Wisconsin, ensuring proper data models created to support various reporting needs and maintaining data source integrity. You will also serve as the primary resource to continuously improve reporting and insights to support leadership decision making process.

• Identify and implement best suitable solution for data models used to create reports and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Collaborate with cross function leaders to identify KPI and reporting needs and create new reports or improve current reports
• Collaborate with global divisional and IS colleagues to identify and improve global common reports
• Bring industry best practice to reporting community within business and grow jointly
• Create Power BI reports to support business visions and growth strategies and be able to pull data from various platforms and resources
• Support continuous improvement effort with data analytics and insights

• Bachelor's or Higher degree in Information System, Engineering or Business Administration is required with minimum 8 years of working experience
• With minimum of 5 years with data models and data marts in cloud based database such as Snowflake or Azure
• Sound knowledge of SQL database
• Expert in Power BI visual creation
• Experience with SAP data structure is preferred
• Proficient in English spoken and written communication
