We are in search of an Associate Housing Manager to join our team at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa. Located in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, this property is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets.

The Associate Housing Manager is responsible for managing the commons at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa's housing facilities in their entirety. The Housing Manager should be a dedicated and highly organized individual who will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our associate housing facilities, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our team members. This position plays a critical role in creating a positive living experience for our staff, promoting a sense of community and satisfaction among residents This position requires living onsite.

What will you be doing?

* Enforce housing policies and procedures, including those of Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, and manage housing deductions for accounting/payroll.

* Oversee housing property, software, and inspections for needed repairs as well as supervise a Housing Coordinator.

* Oversee move-ins, move-outs, and resident transfers, ensuring a smooth process and timely communication with relevant stakeholders.

* Process maintenance requests, address emergencies, and manage crises.

* Liaise with organizations to maintain consistent occupancy flow and coordinate contracts and contractors for safety and business needs.

* Investigate and address resident complaints, handle breaches of tenancy, and enforce nightly lockout procedures.

* Ensure efficient office operations, financial reporting, and auditing of discrepancies.

* Assist in the development and management of the housing budget, ensuring expenses are within allocated resources.

* Monitor and analyze housing-related expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement appropriate measures.

* Coordinate with payroll and finance departments for rent collection, deposit handling, and any other financial transactions related to housing operations.

* Develop SOPs, improvement plans, and assist with HR duties during off season as needed.

* Coordinate and maintain the Interns Roadmap outlining arrivals, departures, cancellations, outings, appointments and safety measures, including transportation for international students.

What do you bring to the role?

* Must be willing and able to live on-site.

* Must read, write and speak English at a native level, bilingual skills are a plus.

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* 2 years of management and/or administrative experience in corporate, hospitality, or business settings.

* Previous housing and/or hotel/resort industry experience preferred but not required.

* Knowledgeable in administrative procedures, clerical systems, and customer service principles.

* Manage time effectively and pay attention to detail.

* Clear communication skills and ability to make quick, accurate decisions.

* Handle workplace problems efficiently and maintain confidentiality.

* Work independently and maintain composure under pressure.

* Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

* Familiarity with company and housing policies required.

* Communicate effectively with department leadership and research community resources.

* Develop and implement mail/package delivery system.

* Conduct orientations and safety training for international staff and provide first aid and CPR as needed.

* Demonstrate empathy and cultural sensitivity.

* Ability to pass required background checks and references.

* Full-time position with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
