Job Summary:
The GME Coordinator will be relied upon for following key ACGME requirements as it pertains to the clinical learning environment for housestaff who train at Froedtert Hospital. Responsibilities include developing a customer service relationship with key internal and external customers related to information or collaboration regarding GME activities. The GME coordinator will also collaborate with department staff on key initiatives of the Medical Staff Services Department.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
Minimum of 3 years of office administration experience is required. Healthcare or experience in an education setting preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor's degree is required. In lieu of degree, four additional years of relevant experience is required.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
* Excellent communication, leadership and organization skills sufficient to work effectively and productively with physicians, staff, and GME program administrators.*
