We're looking for an eCommerce Business Analyst who can dig into the data and provide solution and improvements to support our growing eCommerce team.

Position Responsibilities
Analyze customer comments to identify website issues on uline.com and recommend enhancements.
Track website enhancements and assist fellow analysts on larger projects when required.
Work with the User Experience team to develop concepts that address website usability and align with best practices.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Web Development teams to validate web enhancements.
Document and perform weekly reporting tasks.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, IT or a related field.
2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in eCommerce.
Experience in Excel, Access and / or SQL a plus.
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
