JOB SUMMARY:

COORDINATOR, CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS

CARE is looking for a reliable and organized Coordinator to assist with the management of daily processes and activities of the Corporate Partnerships Team. In this position, you will contribute to the team's administrative capacity by assisting on projects, supporting data and knowledge management, and driving critical operational processes that enable CARE's corporate revenue growth and stewardship processes. In addition, you will provide support to the new business team, ensuring consistent, strong project management, coordination of internal and external resources, and execution of sales and stewardship deliverables.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Partnership Integration, this critical role will establish and maintain team operational processes, data and content management, gift processing, and administrative support.

  • Enthusiasm/experience in engaging with new donors and helping CARE grow its revenue.

The position location is Metro Atlanta. The pay range is between $61, 800 - $71,000.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

New Business Team Support

  • Manage critical operational processes that enable CARE's corporate revenue growth and stewardship processes
  • Lead process and responses for inbound inquiries; provide basic account management support for entry-level donors
  • Provide administrative support for new business partnerships: initiate risk assessment process; complete online grant applications; develop/route agreements with legal and grants management; invoice and track donations; provide partners with key grant materials like W9/tax forms; lead stewardship/thank you process; engage with grants management teams on to ensure deliverables and reporting are donor ready.
  • Support New Business communications
  • Provide support to onboard new partners

Support for ED of New Business

  • Administrative tasks ranging from setting up meetings to research, tracking deliverables and timelines and creating materials for donor meetings and working finance.
  • Work with the Office of the CEO and others on donor meetings with executive staff.
  • Grants management support
  • Account support
  • Event support for the annual Impact Awards

Team Operations and Communications

  • Lead procurement and expense process
  • Support contract/legal review process
  • Maintain CARE board/financial documents
  • Coordinate systems between/across resource development channels
  • Support Gifts process
  • Maintain calendar, agenda & speakers for team meetings
  • Maintain Corporate Teams Site, including team calendar and channel organization/communications

Data & Knowledge Management

  • Support new business team with prospect, lead, account, opportunity & contact management.
  • Support new business sales and stewardship updates in tasks and activities
  • Support contact update project for new business team and others as needed
  • Serve on Salesforce and SharePoint internal champions teams

Employee Engagement

  • Support strategies to increase employee giving & corporate matches.
  • Develop and post campaigns on third-party platforms.
  • Lead matching gifts and third-party giving backend management

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Non-profit Management, or a related field
  • 2 -3 years of progressive experience in development and/or admin/operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in changing situations
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize requests
  • Experience in project management
  • SalesForce, Microsoft suite experience
  • Experience coordinating internal teams and working in a matrixed environment to achieve goals
