JLL has a great opportunity to join our growing Industrial Property Management team in the Milwaukee, WI area.

The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for providing direct management oversight for the assigned retail properties. The Property Manager is responsible for maximizing NOI and asset value on behalf of JLL clients. Specific responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, client, and tenant relations, supporting the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting.

Managing industry changing properties
As the Property Manager (PM), you will provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients, while managing an industrial portfolio. You are responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction. As the lead professional, you will also be responsible for preparing budgets and financial reports, managing TI and/or capital improvement projects, and developing your staff. You will be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) to both building owners and tenants to ensure an ongoing, successful relationship.

As a Property Manager, you will contribute to the establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives, and best practices to drive results as a team. What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience including recent experience in Industrial (preferred) Retail, Office or Healthcare.
Must have strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other types of related financial reports
Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration
California Real Estate License is required within 90 days.
Experience using a property management accounting platform (MRI preferred or Yardi, Kardin)

A relationship builder
