Position summary

The Manager of Corporate FP&A will partner closely with Corporate functions and the Sourcing team to develop budgets, provide analyses, and support operational improvement projects.

This high visibility role requires strong collaboration across the business as analyses, insights and recommendations are presented to the executive management team.

We are looking for someone who can: build strong relationships; take advantage of data & analytics to provide business insight and decision support, communicate effectively with all levels; drive improvements, efficiencies, and harmonization in planning, reporting and finance operations; understand accounting and its impact on the business and on a variety of routine and non-routine matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Corporate functions and Strategic Sourcing on the design and execution of monthly/quarterly operating reviews, annual operating plans, and long-range plans.
  • Lead monthly close and annual forecasts for corporate functions including variance analyses, communication of insights, and reporting results to the business leads.
  • Gather and analyze information to help identify P&L and working capital trends. Communicate potential risks and opportunities vs the plan and recommend action plans to improve returns.
  • Take a leadership role to implement best practices and consistency of information across the organization.
  • Support business leads on critical initiatives to drive continuous improvement and cost savings for Regal Rexnord.
  • Provide training, development, and mentoring to team members.
  • Effectively communicate across all levels of the organization to ensure expectations, timelines, and finance deliverables are consistently understood and completed.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration; MBA or CPA desired
  • 7+ years related experience in finance; previous global manufacturing FP&A experience strongly preferred
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Hyperion, BI, OneStream, or other consolidation and reporting tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • The ability to perform in a dynamic cross-functional team environment is critical
  • Strong organization skills to manage and prioritize a broad range of responsibilities
