The Vice President of Distribution is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all distribution and warehousing for multiple locations across the United States, headquartered in Mayville, Wisconsin. This individual will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to ensure the performance of the team in overall sales and gross profit generation, efficient and cost-effective distribution processes, timely delivery of products, exceptional customer satisfaction and building relationships with dealers. They will be a strategic leader, driving business and creating a team-oriented environment.

Manages the distribution team.
• Manages the budget and tracking KPI's daily & weekly.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders.
• Analyzes and reports on distribution performance.
• Coaches and develops Territory Managers to establish strong communication channels and maintain knowledge of operational and personnel issues.
• Works closely with the executive team to establish ambitious, but achievable processes to increase efficiency.
• Actively monitors and oversees all activities associated with the distribution locations, including receiving, storage and fulfillment to ensure excellence across all departments.
• Identifies, implements and streamlines processes to increase productivity while decreasing operational costs.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state and local regulations governing distribution by monitoring implementation and practice to ensure compliance.
• Assists in the development and/or implementation of internal systems and business processes.
• Travel to our other facilities will be required on a need to need basis.
• All other duties assigned.

• 10+ years of experience leading teams in Distribution.
• Decisive and calm under pressure.
• Talent for fostering loyalty, cooperation and communication amoung various departments.
• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• 5+ years in a management role.
