We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team. As a Plumbing Dispatcher, you will help be responsible for coordinating and dispatching plumbing technicians to service calls and assist in communication. This is a very important role, and we know its value!

What you’d be a part of:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team. As a Plumbing Dispatcher, you will help be responsible for coordinating and dispatching plumbing technicians to service calls and assist in communication. This is a very important role, and we know its value!
Responsibilities:
- Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
- Dispatch our plumbers to the right job in a timely, professional and courteous manner
- As the service day evolves, help accommodate emergency calls or changes in job priorities
- Utilize our Service software system to track service calls, technician availability and job statuses
- Provide excellent customer service by keeping customers informed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the plumbing industry
- Strong organization skills and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. We have a very capable, calm, supportive culture here to help with any surprises a given day may bring.
- Proficiency with dispatching software and computer systems
- Some knowledge of plumbing terminology a plus
