GENERAL PURPOSE:

You will work with internal stakeholders to create digital content to engage and convert resellers, key decision makers, and end-users. You'll be involved in the production of long- and short-form content, including landing pages, emails, blog posts, product detail pages, paid ads, case studies, and more.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities:

  • Craft compelling narratives that showcase Luxor's value proposition and persuasively communicate the benefits of products to our reseller and end-user target audiences.
  • Create engaging and personalized email content, including subject lines, body copy, and CTAs that drive conversions through compelling email campaigns.
  • Craft persuasive ad copy for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) that engages the audience and encourages meaningful interactions and conversions.
  • Write compelling content for product detail pages for both owned and operated websites and marketplaces that utilize the latest best practices that drive organic rankings and conversion.
  • Ensure all on page content is written using the latest SEO best practices, while still aligning to our brand and voice standards.
  • Brainstorm ideas for and author blog posts that help educate and inform our target audiences on how our products and services can solve the challenges they face and help their workspaces work better.
  • Stay knowledgeable on Luxor's products, target audiences, key business objectives, and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all channels while adapting content to suit the unique characteristics and preferences of each platform.
  • Edit and proofread all content meticulously to ensure accuracy, superior quality, and adherence to brand voice and tone standards.
  • Collaborate with the digital team on A/B testing and on-page content optimizations.
  • Perform ongoing analysis and keyword research to maximize the volume of inbound traffic and optimize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative team to ensure that copy complements the visuals for a clear, cohesive, and compelling message.
  • Write scripts for video ads, product information videos, and YouTube channels.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills across multiple digital channels
  • Proven track record in creating digital content that engages and converts
  • Strong proof-reading/editing skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong research and analysis skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Intimate knowledge of industry writing trends
  • Curious mind with a desire to continue to learn and grow professionally
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team remotely
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to adapt to new challenges

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Creative Writing or related field.
  • 3-5 years of digital experience in copywriting and content strategy.
  • Some prior experience in Search Engine Optimization required; at least 1 year strongly preferred.

Computer equipment and level of software requirements:

  • Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
