The Senior HR Generalist/HRBP is responsible for leading and supporting core talent processes to include performance management, strategic talent reviews, compensation planning & onboarding. As a HR Business Partner, you will partner with leaders to drive key talent iniaitives to achieve desired business objectives and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5 years of progressively responsible related HR experience serving as a business partner and/or supporting core talent processes such as performance management, strategic talent reviews, etc.
  • PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical and business information and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
  • Proficient experience working with an HRIS.

Education
Bachelors of Human Resource Administration (preferred)
