We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as SVP, Global Workplace Services. In this role, you will lead our Global Workplace team and balance operational excellence while curating exciting experiences and innovative services that embody the Salesforce culture and values. You will report to the EVP, Real Estate and Workplace Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, collaboration, and implementation of the global facilities strategy.

  • Deliver meaningful, customer centric event experiences at scale and in a cost-efficient way across our global campus.

  • Assume fiscal management responsibility, including developing financial plans and operating budgets for facilities and employee services.

  • Provide regular and timely reporting to company leadership, accounting, and financial planning analysis teams.

  • Incorporate diverse cultural and regional differences in communications, business engagement, and craft recommendations across the organization.

  • Manage current and future facilities requirements, including office space utilization, space efficiency, and administration of facilities related services and vendor relationships.

  • Assess and evolve our global facility management service levels and support tiering models.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

  • Achieve and maintain a healthy organizational design that optimizes information flow and empowers decision-making.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of workplace operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business units, and external partners.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to workplace operations.


Qualifications:

  • 20+ years of progressive global corporate experience in the areas of workplace management, corporate real estate, and employee experience.

  • Ability to lead tactical execution while maintaining a strategic focus.

  • Ability to work effectively in a service-oriented environment, subject to frequently changing priorities, utilizing problem-solving skills and sound judgment.

  • Proven track record of successfully coaching and developing a geographically dispersed professional team while supporting an organization during a time of rapid growth.

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule across multiple time zones worldwide.

  • Ability to travel internationally 25% of the time and as needed.

  • Professional certifications in facilities management (e.g., CFM, FMP) are a plus.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $370,000 to $405,000.For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $370,000 to $405,000.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
