Position Responsibilities
Oversee the Creative Web team in the development of online marketing materials while upholding brand standards.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to bring creative visions to life.
Manage the development of page-flow, site structure and transition of print to digital.
Direct ecommerce solutions supported by web-based promotions, page layouts and other creative assets.
Guide project workflow, collaborating with multiple teams and obtaining executive approvals to deliver digital marketing campaigns on time.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
15+ years of experience in web design with 5+ years in a management role.
Demonstrated project management skills in a design or ecommerce setting, with a creative eye for product imagery.
Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver.
Experience in Axure, or a similar prototype tool as well as HTML, CSS and scripting technologies.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
