Sentara Health Plans is currently seeking a Health Education Coordinator to join our team!

This is aFull Timeposition with day shift hours and great benefits!

Position is remote hybrid requiring 1-2 days in office per week

Office is located at 1330 Sentara Park, Virginia Beach VA

Occasional travel through Hampton Roads will be required

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors level Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years Project Management Experience
  • Associates degree and 5 years of Project Managment Experience in lieu of Bachelors Level Degree
  • Proficient in Excel

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing a variety of wellness activities for employer groups, at-risk populations, and the community at large to evaluate the health status, maintain outcomes quality and meet specific identified needs which promote wellness and improve health
  • Data input, data management and data reporting
  • Provide support for the Community Health and Prevention team

Job Summary

Many of the tasks associated with the position involve data input, data management and data reporting. This is support position for the Community Health and Prevention team.

Experience - 5 years required in lieu of bachelors degree.

Qualifications:

ALD - Associate's Level Degree (Required), BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree
