We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service to join our Liquidity & Margin Services - Global Markets team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Orlando - HYBRID/REMOTE.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Supporting clients in addressing moderately complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
  • The ability & willingness to learn about our clients and our products.
  • Monitoring client inquiries, resolves non-routine issues and escalates complex issues as needed.
  • Participating in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills and best judgement to analyze information, and to provide our clients with information related to BNY Mellon products.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Money Funds experience is highly preferred.
  • Must be comfortable speaking directly with our clients.
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
