Danfoss in Van Wert, OH has an opening for a 2nd Shift Operator II. Safely and efficiently perform manual labor during the production process of Danfoss products. Operate and troubleshoot production machinery. Perform minor repairs as necessary. Actively support and strive to meet the strategic goals set by the facility and Danfoss Power Solutions.

It will also require the loading and unloading of the furnace and performing detailed quality checks of completed pieces. Employees will be expected to actively support and strive to meet the strategic goals set by yourself, the facility, and Danfoss Power Solutions.

*New Hires may be required to train on 1st Shift which may take several weeks depending on the position and how quickly someone can meet the Individual Training Standards before being permanently assigned FT to this shift.

• High School degree or GED VERIFIED!!
• Ability to read blueprints and gage parts.
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Use scale, calipers, adjustable, direct reading and fixed gauges to set up, operate, and check work.
