Position: 1st shift FlexMove MMC Parts Picking
Location: Hartland, WI

Position Overview:
This position will work in the FlexMove assembly area. The primary focus of this position will be on Picking and kitting of conveyor orders for the assembly line along with picking and packaging component parts for parcel or LTL freight shipments, and replenishment stocking components. At times this position will help with assembly.
Location: This position will start in Hartland, WI then move to Sussex, WI
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Basic math skills with the ability to understand decimals.
  • Complies with all safety procedures/guidelines.
  • Have basic computer knowledge.
  • Must have good organizational skill.
  • This person must display initiative, have safe working habits with the ability to multitask, have a positive attitude, and have a good overall attendance record.
  • Forklift operation
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities:
  • Basic computer, measurement, and math skills.
  • Strong communication skills for dealing with co-workers and management.
  • Self-directed with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work Overtime.
  • Meet attendance & punctuality requirements.
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.
