Introduction

Applications Engineering - Creating Tomorrow's Value: We pro-actively enable business development and drive customer adoption of a tailored portfolio of sustainable ASML solutions by applying our industry product and process knowledge in a collaborative learning environment.

In the Mature Products and Services (MPS) business line we support customer requirements on 200mm wafers and below. Whether the solution is a PAS or Twinscan we find the best integrated solution to meet the Mature Market requirements. Our knowledge extends beyond traditional Semiconductors and extends to Thin Film Heads, uLEDs, Wide Band Gap technology, Augmented Reality, Bulk Acoustic Waves and many more.

Roles and responsibilities
  • Maintain knowledge of critical information for ASML's systems, customer's product process, and usage to sustain MPS business.

  • Drive revenue growth for MPS BL by creating and implementing new services that enhance customer's process window, productivity and yield.

  • Solve ASML CSE's and Customer's complex issues by using knowledge of the interaction between systems and customer's process.

  • Identify and justify added value of ASML's solution leading to the sale of tools, options and services for existing and potential MPS Customers.

  • Conduct data analysis to ensure that the correct conclusions are drawn from customers acquired experimental data and results reported to ASML and customer.

  • Meet with internal and external customers to maintain two-way level of commitment to keep all involved and affected parties informed of progress.

  • Prepare technical presentations for customer meetings.

Education and experience
  • Master's degree or PhD in a technical discipline with a minimum 5 years' work experience or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with a minimum of 10 years' work experience.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in data analysis using support software (MATLAB or Python or R or Excel)

  • Minimum 3 years' experience with stakeholder and change management.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in data analysis and analyzing technical data to summarize and present findings.

  • Minimum 1 year experience with project management methodologies.

Other information
  • Up to 25% travel dependent on business need.

  • Portland, ME is the preferred location, but other ASML locations in US will be considered. (CST or EST working hours)
