This role reports to the Senior Manager, Corporate Internal Audit & Data Analytics

What you will do:

* Create and maintain analytical scripts within the GRC platform

* Assist in the development of continuous assurance program

* Participate/ facilitate conduct of risk discussion with the business to identify risks for the purpose of continuously improving the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and controls

* Participate in the building series of scripts based on areas of risk identified by the business

* Create automated visualizations (PowerBI) utilized by IA to continuous monitor risks identified

* Analyze script results and recommend courses of action, including further review and/or audit.

* Participate in and/or be a key contributor to one or more components of the audit cycle including, risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, and reporting

* Maintain effective working relationships with Corporate group

* Exercise sound judgment, and maintain a high level of standards, integrity and confidentiality

* Maintain the credibility of the IA function by performing work in accordance with the Institute of Internal Auditors' (IIA) International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and Code of Ethics

What you will bring:

* 1-2 years of audit experience

* Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Computer Sciences/ Programming, Commerce or Business program, supplemented with a relevant audit designation (e.g. CPA, CIA, and/or CISA), is preferable

* Experience with large ERP systems (e.g. SAP/Oracle/ PeopleSoft), data analytics tools (e.g. ACL), visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI) and audit management programs (e.g. High Bond)

* Knowledge of controls, systems and accounting concepts, practices and procedures

* Well-developed problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills

* Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills

* Demonstrated time management skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities

* Ability to work in a team environment or independently

* Proficiency using SharePoint and MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, OneNote and PowerPoint

* Travel could be required to Nutrien facilities within North America and international locations (approximately 20%)

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: $79,600 - $109,450 USD. This range is estimated for the Auditor, Corporate, Internal Audit position in Loveland, CO. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our plan(s), which provide discretionary award opportunities reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
