Position Description - Loyalty Program Analyst
Broad Description of Duties:
The Loyalty Program Analyst is responsible for delivering tactical member insights that help drive the loyalty program, marketing, and overall business strategy.
The Loyalty Program Analyst will assist in providing a holistic view of the Marcus Theatre customer. The analyst will help define the member lifecycle, identify campaign triggers, perform member segmentations, and suggest improvements, while also functioning as a liaison between Marketing and Information Technology (IT), and to ensure relevant member data is captured and accessible for reporting and analysis and strategies to increase member frequency and per visit spend.
The Loyalty Program Analyst will also assist in the production of loyalty marketing emails including customizing content based on past member behavior, set-up, audience selection, testing and post promotion analysis and reporting.
This position reports to the Loyalty Program Director.
