Position Overview
The GTM Strategy Senior Director at Blue Yonder plays a pivotal role in shaping the market strategy for our suite of supply chain solutions. This executive will be responsible for defining the solution strategy, conducting market requirements analysis, and establishing pricing strategies to drive competitive advantage, revenue, and market share. The role demands a keen understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to guide product development, marketing plans, and sales strategies. By fostering innovation and maintaining strong relationships with partners and vendors, this leader will ensure Blue Yonder continued growth and leadership in the supply chain industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the development of market requirements and solution strategy for Blue Yonder's product suite.

  • Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback initiatives to inform product development and positioning.

  • Define pricing strategies and develop marketing tools for successful product introductions and market penetration.

  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with product partners, third-party vendors, and other stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and sales, to enhance product offerings and drive solution bundle growth.

  • Directs the development of company market requirements for the solution bundle, including solution strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing.

  • Monitors the development of business plans, assesses market penetration, and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share.

  • Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans.

  • Oversees market research, analyst relations and monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs.

  • Establishes pricing strategies and develops marketing tools for the field and partner community for successful product introductions.

  • Identifies and maintains relationships with product partners, third party vendors, etc.

  • Communicates customer feedback to engineering, manufacturing and sales to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).

  • Leads innovation of new product definition, market vision and business plans with joint departments.

  • Accountable for the global growth and market share of the assigned solution bundle.

  • Accountable for performance against solution P&L Industry and solution thought leader.


Role Contribution:

  • Drive Blue Yonder's market share and revenue growth for the assigned solution bundle.

  • Champion innovation in product definition, market vision, and business planning with joint departments.

  • Customer segmentation: identification of the right customer profiles, market and financial situation to launch cognitive micro-services

  • Build a best practice sales execution, with focus on tight alignment between customers, value engineering, delivery and product engineering

  • Conduct consultative selling workshops with clients

  • Coach CE until signature

  • Conduct composable journey workshops with PS, LH

  • Drive definition of migration toolkit

  • Work tightly with PMG leads to drive use case driven stories and sprint demos.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic marketing or GTM strategy within the software or supply chain industry, with a proven track record of successful market penetration and product growth.

  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.

Salary range for the role is $143,752.00 to $198,245.00.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
