Job Objective
Serve as bartender for resident events and special functions. Must maintain high standards of quality and sanitary food/beverage preparation, storage and clean up

Job Standards
1. High school graduate or equivalent.
2. Ability to read, write and speak English and perform basic mathematics.
3. Ability to follow written and oral instruction.
4. Knowledge of quantity scratch baking with two or more years baking experience in a large food service operation.
5. Ability to increase, decrease and modify recipes to meet the needs of the facility.
6. Ability to work with kitchen personnel in coordinating meal service and special events.
7. Good personal hygiene.
8. Must be able to safely perform the essential job functions without harm to self or others,
with or without reasonable accommodations
9. Must have a current bartender license
