POSITION

Allspring is seeking an Intermediary Marketing Consultant to work cross-channel with primary support for the US Intermediary Sales Division. Reporting into the Intermediary Channel Marketing Lead, this role will provide critical support for email campaigns, project management of key content deliverables and all other tasks related to the execution of the Intermediary Channel Marketing strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Become part of a team to provide marketing support across multiple channels with a primary focus on the Intermediary Channel.
  • Create, maintain and execute reoccurring emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for distribution to both tiered and un-tiered client segments.
  • Project manage marketing materials and key events from start to finish, keeping track of deliverables and due dates for conferences and sponsorships, ensuring vendors have all necessary assets.
  • Oversee compliance approvals for key deliverables across all channels including coordinating cross-channel approvals when necessary.
  • Support sales enablement through Seismic and other Allspring internal communication channels by preparing all materials for upload and providing links to Channel Managers for distribution.
  • Perform ad hoc digital event and webinar support including promotion and follow-up communications.
  • Compile analysis for campaigns and events to report on findings and help the team understand client interest and demands.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-3 years of marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant marketing/financial services/asset management industry experience including a basic understanding of Institutional and Intermediary clients, investment industry dynamics, and marketplace trends
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
  • College degree in Marketing or Finance desired
  • Ability to think and act strategically
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Deliver insights through data analysis
  • Ability to create and edit PowerPoint presentations and perform basic design work in Stensul and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Experience in helping to support organizing events in both physical and digital environments
  • Interest and experience in digital marketing
  • Comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels, in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible, open-minded, proactive and cooperative personality
  • Structured work style, be confident working autonomously but like to be part of a team
