Work Schedule:

80% FTE, 32 hours/week. 8 or 10-hour day/evening shifts, hours are scheduled: Monday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Tuesday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Wednesday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM and Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to:

  • Provide treatment services to patients of all genders and ages after acute and chronic episodes of pain, dysfunction, and surgeries.
  • Collaborate with other providers in coordinating patient and family care across multiple services. This may include staffing interdisciplinary clinics at alternate locations.
  • Serve as a clinical instructor on a rotating basis to assist in development of our future colleague.
  • Assist in long term planning for a pelvic health physical therapy residency.

Education:

Minimum - Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.

Work Experience:

Preferred - Two (2) years prior relevant experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum - Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) within three months of hire.
